Description

• Snap! Raise is looking for a dynamic Generalist to join our HR team. • The HR Generalist will play a critical role in overseeing our employee lifecycle including participating in developing a talent and development program. • This person will be expected to perform analytical reporting and be passionate about process improvement. • A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and adaptable with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Applicant must be set up to and be comfortable and confident working in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience • Minimum 3-5 years human resource experience required • Professional Certification a plus • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Experience with Lucid chart and any electronic employee files a plus • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Skillful interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution • Excellent in time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Experienced with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
