Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Communications • 2+ years of experience in customer experience, client implementation, or related roles • Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a strong sense of adaptability and problem-solving in fast paced environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms
