• As a Senior Sales Executive at Ontinue, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisitions within the German mid-market segment (500 to 20’000 users). • Leveraging your industry expertise and established network, you will strategically position Ontinue’s Managed Detection and Response Solution solutions against key competitors. • Your primary responsibilities will include consultative selling, fostering strategic relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, high-growth environment. • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving security needs of enterprise clients. • Drive new customer acquisition within the German mid-market segment, focusing exclusively on expanding Ontinue’s client base. • Utilize cold calling, networking, industry events, and outbound outreach to build a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with marketing teams. • Engage with C-level executives (CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders) to understand their business challenges and present tailored security solutions leveraging Ontinue’s services. • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. • Establish long-term, trust-based partnerships with key decision-makers, ensuring Ontinue remains their preferred cybersecurity partner. • Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition.
• You excel in value-based selling within complex IT environments, preferably in managed IT services. • You have a strong affinity for digitalization trends and cybersecurity. • You possess a hunter mindset with a winning personality, demonstrating the ability to actively listen, persuade, and engage decision-makers at the C-level. • You are willing to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally. • Knowledge of SOC-aaS, Cybersecurity, and Microsoft Security is a strong advantage. • You have direct experience working with customers, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach. • You are fluent in both German and English. • You are a skilled networker, known for being reliable and loyal, with an established professional network in Germany. • You have an understanding of Microsoft’s Security Solutions. • You have a passion for continuously enhancing your technical knowledge. • You can work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
