• You will work closely together with the Key Account Managers and Customer Success teams. • Handle innovation calls with the customer and support in positioning new services. • Design SSE (and SASE) solutions based on customer needs and technical requirements. • Presentation of Open Systems services, including live demos. • Lead technical workshops and architecture sessions. • Work closely with the product team to provide customer insights for future product development.
• Proven experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical sales role. • In-depth expertise in SSE technologies and market know-how. • Be able to speak on a level playing field with customers (including C-level). • Proven understanding in networking (L3 to L7 OSI layers). • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Experience in the field of SASE a plus. • Willingness to travel. • Fluent in both English and German.
