Description

• Lead a remote team and drive Independent dealer engagement. • Create and execute market growth strategies. • Manage dealer communication and relationship building. • Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to enhance team capabilities. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet business targets.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in sales, account management, sales support, etc. • 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in a national or regional role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. • Demonstrated ability in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning. • Extensive experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce • Excellent analytical skills to forecast market trends and team performance.
