• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sales incentive compensation programs • Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to understand business strategies • Develop communication strategies to educate global sales teams on incentive plans • Ensure all incentive programs comply with relevant regulations • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of incentive programs • Conduct ongoing feedback on sales compensation plans • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices • Develop analytics and dashboarding capabilities to report on key metrics • Own the Sales Incentive Plan documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field • 10+ years’ experience in sales compensation, sales operations, business, or financial analyst roles • Firm grasp of the sales incentives administrative process flow • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Strong presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Knowledge of compensation principles, incentive plan design, and performance measurement
