Description

β€’ OpenLoop is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. β€’ In this role, you will drive technical talent acquisition efforts with heavy focus on recruitment in Peru. β€’ This role will be essential in assisting with building high-performing teams by identifying and recruiting top technical talent in the region as we continue to scale. β€’ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across with a primary focus on Peru. β€’ Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for tech roles (software engineers, developers, product managers, etc.). β€’ Develop smooth processes that reduce time to hire and improve quality of hires. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, create compelling job descriptions, and design an effective hiring process. β€’ Execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent and provide a positive candidate experience. β€’ Build a strong network of candidates and maintain relationships to engage passive talent. β€’ Proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and adjust quickly to changing priorities. β€’ Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices for tech recruitment, especially within startups.

Requirements

β€’ Must be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. β€’ 3+ years of tech recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment recruiting high level engineers and similar roles. β€’ Proven success with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer acceptance, especially in technical roles. β€’ Strong knowledge of the Latin American tech talent landscape. β€’ Experience with a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized job boards. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a strong sense of urgency. β€’ Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
