Opreto's comprehensive service model covers the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring a tailored approach to meet each client's unique needs. β’ About the Role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for custom software development projects. As the first AE at Opreto, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy, processes, and approach. This remote position requires occasional travel to meet potential clients and attend industry trade shows. You will build and manage a sales pipeline, prospect new leads, hold meetings, and close deals, focusing on expanding our presence in the education, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
β’ Lead Generation & Sales: Be a hunter! Identify, research, and aggressively pursue potential clients in our target industries (education, healthcare, manufacturing). Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing hunting and farming strategies. β’ Client Engagement: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to understand client needs and present tailored software solutions. β’ Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact through contract signing. Collaborate closely with a Sales Engineer, one of Opretoβs founding team members, for technical support during negotiations. β’ Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. β’ Industry Engagement: Represent Opreto at trade shows and networking events to generate leads and stay updated on market trends. β’ Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales Engineer and founding team members to ensure alignment with strategy and client needs. β’ Experience: Proven success in full-cycle sales, preferably in selling custom software development services or within our target industries. Strong communication skills are essential. β’ Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely, self-motivated, and capable of managing your schedule effectively. Willingness to travel is required.
