Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proficiency in using email platforms and customer service software. β€’ Experience of using Microsoft 365 β€’ A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding service. β€’ Quick learner and eager to learn and grow
