β’ Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. β’ Proficiency in using email platforms and customer service software. β’ Experience of using Microsoft 365 β’ A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding service. β’ Quick learner and eager to learn and grow
