β€’ Responsible for generating new outbound leads, setting appointments, managing your individual sales pipeline, and creating and pursuing new sales opportunities. β€’ Follow the established Sales Playbook and Sales Process to ensure consistency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle. β€’ Independently manage your sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets. β€’ Generate new outbound leads through a variety of channels, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and cold calling. β€’ Identify potential clients, understand their needs and pain points, and create tailored sales opportunities. β€’ Work closely with the Sales Team to nurture leads and ensure all opportunities progress effectively through the sales pipeline.

Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years in software development and/or digital marketing services sales. β€’ Experience working as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Sales Expert and/or Account Executive in an eCommerce agency. β€’ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. β€’ Strong ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously, with attention to detail and effective time management. β€’ Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects and clients. β€’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
