📋 Description

• DNA Genotek, a part of OraSure Technologies Inc. (OTI), develops products that optimize ease of collection and provide superior samples. • Our ability to positively affect change is powered by the innovative tools and diagnostics we deliver to the market. • Together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, OTI provides its customers with end-to-end solutions. • It’s first-to-market, innovative products include rapid tests for the detection of antibodies to HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) on the OraQuick® platform. • DNA Genotek products are marketed worldwide and support thousands of customers as they achieve breakthroughs in genomic and microbiome research, in diagnostics laboratories, in the pharmaceutical industry, in companion animal genomics and in personalized medicine. • The Sales Development Analyst role has the core responsibility of providing sales and customer support as well as lead generation for our entire product portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant industry experience • Previous sales or sales development experience and an interest in business and/or marketing will be considered an asset • Proven research skills with the ability to filter critical information • Ability to take direction, work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications • Previous experience working with Salesforce will be considered an asset • Must be comfortable with phone, email and LiveChat communications with customers • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company • Background in the scientific research, laboratory and/or diagnostic healthcare space is ideal.
