Description

• Empower departmental leaders in achieving department goals and delivering measurable business impact. • Partner with business leaders to ensure they are coached and supported in human capital processes. • Assist leaders with the development and maintenance of departmental strategy including mid-level outcomes, stakeholder management • Provide input about consequences and implications of local law and best practices to all internal stakeholders. • Support a culture of trust, promoting open and honest communication. • Work with managers to maintain efficient organizational structures. • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years work experience of People Team Experience. • 3+ years experience with leadership principles, frameworks, and industry practices related to team performance such as talent management, professional development, organizational design, workforce planning. • Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM). • Consulting Skills. • Workday experience.
