β€’ Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. β€’ Repair and provide guidance on Access equipment in the field. β€’ Troubleshoot technical issues on equipment. β€’ Maintain professional working relationships with customers and departments. β€’ Participate in continuous training to maintain proficiency on products. β€’ Communicate service-related documentation to customers and employees.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or its equivalent. β€’ One (1) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. β€’ Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. β€’ Excellent problem-solving capabilities. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Very detail-oriented.
