We value: Growth, Customer Focus, Innovation, Accountability, and Communication. • The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives vertical expansion, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a growth-stage SaaS company, particularly in the $10-$100M revenue path. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive business growth in a growth-stage SaaS environment. • Experience in identifying, evaluating, and successfully penetrating new market verticals, particularly in mid-market B2B and verticalized SaaS environments. • Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), technology product marketing, and SaaS business models, including key metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, and churn. • Sales background with demonstrated experience in collaborating with sales teams and taking clear responsibility for quota in terms of pipeline/revenue production over a significant period of time. • Experience in product marketing, particularly in collaboration with product management for Sales Enablement, Positioning, Messaging, and Product Launch. • Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and customer lifecycle management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools relevant to SaaS marketing. • Strong preference for individuals with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset.
