Description

•Responsible for growing and managing retail accounts •Build exceptional relationships with assigned retail accounts •Manage grocery distributors, brokers, and merchandisers •Present the brand, new products and opportunities •Develop promotional programs to achieve revenue goals •Ensure execution of new product launches and promotions •Perform store visits and audits for brand presence •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy •Actively participate in trade shows and customer shows

Requirements

•Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business •Bachelor’s degree in related field •2+ years of experience in retail sales, account management, and/or merchandising in the grocery industry •Knowledge and passion for natural and non-GMO food •Excellent communication skills with external customers, peers, supervisors, and internal supporting departments •Has a home office and is able to work independently and remotely •Proven integrity in life/employment and honesty in dealings with others •Ideal to have established relationships with retailers within area •Ability to travel weekly for customer calls and meetings, DSD work-withs, retail blitz. Occasional and event related weekend work is required •Reside in managed territory and have access to a car
