Description

• Partner with sales leadership to define a new sales process against the professional law community • Lead a small team consisting of a professional liaison and BDRs to high quality outcomes in the assigned territory • Test and iterate on new sales approaches to understand incremental impact on territory performance • Partner with our Sales Ops team to ensure rigorous data capture and maintenance in our CRM to support sales pipeline reporting and forecasting • In partnership with Sales Ops, prepare weekly pipeline reports for sales leadership and broader executive team • Make recommendations on additional resourcing and tooling to support sales process • Enthusiastic and optimistic. Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a frontline sales manager role, with additional sales experience prior (Nice to have) • Experience in family law, other law disciplines, or related professional field (e.g., mental health) • Located in Texas
