Description

• The Business Development Representative researches, generates, and qualifies leads from external inquiries. • Responsible for systematically locating and researching business contact information to support the sales team. • Promptly follows up on potential leads and schedules meetings for the sales team as soon as a new lead reaches out. • Generate a minimum of forty potential sales meetings opportunities per month. • Collaborate with Director, New Business, and other internal/external stakeholders to develop sales campaign strategies. • Provide service excellence to internal and/or external clients by responding quickly, appropriately, and accurately to communications. • Under the guidance of the Director, New Business, build long term, value-based relationships with accounts. • Monitor and manage the execution of services throughout the year. • Research business and stay-up to date on business, economic, and regulatory news.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent amount of relevant experience can be substituted for degree. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. • 1-2 Years experience in Salesforce.
