Description

• Support sourcing and assisting in closing large employer opportunities for Tapcheck’s financial wellness platform. • Facilitate communication and coordinate with internal teams to maximize successful outcomes. • Build and manage relationships with intermediaries and partners. • Schedule and execute follow-ups from meetings. • Leverage partner relationships to identify high-value employer opportunities. • Assist in driving joint sales efforts between Tapcheck and partners. • Capture and share industry insights for product development. • Identify demand generation opportunities for Partner Marketing. • Monitor key metrics and refine strategies to meet targets. • Collaborate with teams to review sales contracts ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environment, with a focus on large employer or partnership opportunities. • A proven track record of success in supporting the sourcing and progression of six-figure deals, preferably in the financial wellness or HR technology space. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with an ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners. • Self-starter mentality with a high level of autonomy, initiative, and grit—able to thrive in an environment with minimal oversight once ramped up. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage communication across multiple teams. • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
