Description

• Lead business operations as a general manager of MHS Technical Services • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and increase profitability • Hire and procure resources for installation projects • Liaise with local union leadership regarding hiring of resources • Implement and monitor procedures to ensure high standard delivery of installations • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders • Manage the P&L for the business and monitor financial performance • Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff • Lead and build a safety culture • Achieve company goals for profit, service, and customer satisfaction • Ensure team members meet project expectations and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) • 10+ years of experience in a management or leadership role in a field services business • Ability to build partnerships with local unions and union leadership • Strong business acumen and financial management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working with sub-contractors to deliver field services • Proven track record of delivering results and driving growth • Some travel required (50%)
