• About Journey: Journey is the leading proactive mental health solution for modern companies. • Our mission is to help all people live happier, healthier, less stressed lives. • As a Director of Strategic Alliances at Journey, you will identify and develop partnerships with benefits consultants. • You will manage partner relationships, execute marketing and sales strategies, and track partnership performance. • Collaboration with internal departments is key to ensure knowledge transfer and alignment with overall business goals. • You will design and execute outreach and nurture strategies to consultants. • Stay informed on industry trends and represent Journey at relevant events to build partnerships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with consultants, brokers, and partners in a similar capacity at a health and wellness company. • Early-stage (<25 employees) startup experience is a must. • Consistent over-achievement in quota and revenue goals. • Be a self-starter who thrives with autonomy and relentlessly pursues goals. • Have strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excel at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at the same time. • Be comfortable with critical thinking and problem-solving. • Eager to learn and adapt to industry trends. • Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional remote environment.
