• 8+ years of experience working with consultants, brokers, and partners in a similar capacity at a health and wellness company. • Early-stage (<25 employees) startup experience is a must. • Consistent over-achievement in quota and revenue goals. • Be a self-starter who thrives with autonomy and relentlessly pursues goals. • Have strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excel at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at the same time. • Be comfortable with critical thinking and problem-solving. • Eager to learn and adapt to industry trends. • Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional remote environment.
