Description

• Provide comprehensive Human Resources consulting services to clients • Lead current state HR assessment of new client companies • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and resources for assigned clients • Provide HR advisory and guidance on leading practices and compliance • Design and advise on HR processes and programs such as performance management, onboarding, training, and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, HRIS, Management, or related field • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 in a supervisory role • Experience in a professional services firm, CPA firm, PEO, ASO, or HR Consulting firm • Deep knowledge of the HR function and best practices related to processes, technology utilization, and policy creation • Experience with multiple HRIS platforms • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to travel up to 25% • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel • Experience serving clients across multiple industries and consulting on Human Resources
