Requirements

β€’ 5+ years' Small Commercial Insurance experience in Affiliate program management, sales, partner management, or sales required. β€’ Strong Sales Business Acumen β€’ Focuses on key priorities β€’ Critical thinking and problem solving β€’ Strong strategic thinking skills aβ€’ Continuous learner that stretches him/herself β€’ Excellent track record of successfully navigating a fast moving always changing market β€’ Dynamic sales leader with experience managing complex partnerships β€’ Ability to successfully execute in a fast pace ever changing competitive market β€’ Strong communication and executive presence both verbal and written β€’ Ability to influence others using data and research for recommendations β€’ Proficient in presentation building and presenting β€’ Strong negotiation and sales skills β€’ Able to identify trends, changes in market conditions, and competitor activity and respond accordingly
