• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. • Over 10 years of experience in global enterprise sales with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets consistently, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven environments. • Proven success in selling complex solutions to large, multinational clients. • Expertise in managing global accounts, including navigating challenges across multiple entities, countries, and languages. • Strong experience in Finance or Telco vertical is a plus • Strong familiarity with sales automation and CRM systems, especially platforms like Outreach.io and Salesforce. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels in multi-cultural environments. • Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments with a high level of accountability. • Strong integrity, business acumen, and financial insight to showcase ROI and performance metrics effectively. • Proficiency with asynchronous collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Office or Google Suite, Zoom, and Webex. • Ability to build trust and rapport in both in-person and virtual settings. • Previous experience in an expatriate role is highly desirable. • Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage.
