Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred β€’ 15+ years professional sales experience or 15+ years in Benefits or Payroll firm experience β€’ Experience with both inbound and outbound lead generation β€’ Skills in strategic based selling techniques β€’ Exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level β€’ Proven Strategic Thought Leader β€’ Highly analytical approach to defining client outcomes
