Requirements
• MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree, with a preference for technology • 10+ years of experience managing Sales systems, with deep knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem (e.g., CPQ, CLM, analytics tools) • 5+ years of senior leadership experience, overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives • Proven success in stabilizing and optimizing system operations in a complex environment • Exceptional communication skills to manage expectations, provide transparency, and build trust at all levels of the organization • Skilled at navigating challenging environments and driving transformative change while maintaining team engagement and morale • Track record of streamlining operations and implementing automation to unlock productivity and scalability • Proficient in Agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Kanban) with a history of fostering iterative, collaborative delivery processes
