• About Over the Moon: • Founded by Vogue’s Alexandra Macon, Over The Moon is the ultimate retail, registry, and editorial platform for creating a life well-lived. • What began as the aspirational source for couples getting married has grown into a cult fashion, home, and children’s shopping destination as well as an elevated wedding and baby registry provider. • We are entering an exciting new stage of growth and looking to expand our team. • Role Overview: • The Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing retention strategies that enhance customer engagement, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value. • This role will support the development, execution, and analysis of email marketing, SMS campaigns, loyalty and VIP programs, and other retention-focused initiatives. • Key Responsibilities: • Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Execution: • Assist in building and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other retention channels. • Help manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize communications based on behaviors, purchase history, and engagement levels. • Support the execution of loyalty and VIP programs, subscription models, and re-engagement campaigns to drive repeat purchases. • Campaign Development & Optimization: • Work with creative, content and merchandising teams to develop compelling email and SMS content that aligns with Over the Moon’s brand voice. • Monitor campaign performance, A/B test messaging, and recommend optimizations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. • Ensure all lifecycle marketing efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions. • Data & Performance Analysis: • Track and analyze customer retention metrics, including repeat purchase behavior, and customer lifetime value. • Generate reports and insights to help identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the retention marketing funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM. • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, or similar). • Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing automation. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data. • Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for brand voice and customer engagement. • Experience in e-commerce, multi-brand retail, marketplaces or DTC brands. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset. • Passion for building customer relationships and improving the customer journey. • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
