β€’ Identify and resolve customer issues and inquiries β€’ Handle work volume via calls, email, and other sources β€’ Receive and process order requests for durable medical equipment β€’ Provide accurate information regarding orders, resupplies, and exchanges β€’ Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with patients or referrals β€’ Resolve complaints with urgency y identifying problems and troubleshooting β€’ Assess needs and provide high quality customer service β€’ Comply with all compliance areas, policies, and procedures β€’ Follow quality program guidelines for customer transactions β€’ Perform other duties as required

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED required β€’ 1-3 years of Call Center Experience preferred β€’ 1-3 Years of Healthcare and/or Health Insurance Customer Service experience preferred β€’ Experience working in remote environment preferred
