Description

β€’ Responsible for developing trusted recruiting partnerships with hiring managers through demonstrated recruiting leadership skills β€’ Use proactive recruitment methods to build relationships with potential candidates for employment with Apria β€’ Partner with assigned corporate hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs β€’ Identify, acquire and maintain non-traditional sourcing strategies to acquire best possible talent β€’ Establish, cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships for future candidate pipeline β€’ Conduct full life cycle recruiting including position posting, sourcing, screening and recommending placement of staff β€’ Develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure achievement of recruiting goals β€’ Manage candidate activity and provide consistent documentation using the Applicant Tracking System β€’ Manage internal transfer of candidates including screening, coordinating of interviews and offer details β€’ Maintain network of candidates and professional associates through contact and visibility within the local business community β€’ Performs other duties as required

Requirements

β€’ Four-year college degree or equivalent experience β€’ At least three years of full life-cycle recruiting is required β€’ Working with call center recruiting is strongly preferred β€’ Experience with an Applicant Tracking System required β€’ Experience with Workday preferred β€’ Self-motivated with high level of independence β€’ Strong relationship building skills β€’ Excellent written and oral communications, presentation and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual, team and company goals β€’ Strong Business Acumen β€’ Knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc.) β€’ Basic Microsoft Office Skills β€’ English (reading, writing, verbal) β€’ Basic math skills
