β€’ Become an expert on OXLA's product offerings β€’ Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers β€’ Act as trusted advisors to clients, helping them understand Oxla's platform β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets β€’ Identify new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals β€’ Focus on selling 'capacity' used for data storage or running compute engines β€’ Articulate Oxla's unique value proposition effectively to win new business

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of field sales experience in the SaaS or related industry in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region or Nordic countries β€’ English C2 and German C2 (native) or Swedish (native) β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment β€’ Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude β€’ Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships β€’ 5+ years in a Major/Strategic Account Executive (or equivalent) role is preferred β€’ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required at a University in DACH or Nordic countries. β€’ Experience in database (SQL & NoSQL), ETL, or business intelligence is preferred β€’ Experience implementing MEDDPICC (a sales methodology) β€’ Experience selling software or cloud-based applications to enterprises β€’ Ability to provide open, honest, and respectful feedback, creating an inclusive work environment β€’ Proven track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement β€’ Demonstrable experience executing complex enterprise sales strategies and tactics β€’ Experience selling technical solutions and software products to enterprise markets β€’ Familiarity with data warehousing, business intelligence, data science, and/or AI/ML
