Description

• Drive the broader Novartis organization to gain and sustain access • Serve as strategic team lead for National and Contracted Regional Accounts • Responsible for account development and contract pricing programs • Create business solutions by working with internal management • Champion the development of pricing and contracting strategies • Ensure a diverse and inclusive environment free from discrimination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred • A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical industry, Market Access, or payer experience • Thorough understanding and knowledge of US healthcare economics and pharmaceutical demand drivers • Extensive experience in healthcare contracting and understanding PBM, National and Regional Health Plan business • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • Proven ability to navigate complex customers and build relationships with stakeholders • Demonstrated prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills • Inspirational leadership and significant leadership experience • High degree of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and creativity in solution-oriented ideation • In-depth knowledge of patient access, launch excellence, and marketing processes • Deep understanding of US pharmaceutical value chain
