• 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors. • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and institutional investment trends. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-suite executives and institutional clients. • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet or exceed targets. • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, but a willingness to learn and master new systems is essential. • Proficiency in Mandarin and prior experience in driving DeFi TVL growth are a plus.
