Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience managing an outside sales team of at least 5 reps β€’ A demonstrated track record of your team consistently reaching goals and retaining high-performing reps β€’ 2+ years of experience in the Higher Ed Publishing industry. Ideally you have experience selling directly to professors. β€’ A strong understanding of technology use and implementation in an educational environment, particularly with Learning Management Systems and curricula β€’ Analytical skills and the ability to understand and manage a large sales pipeline β€’ Excellent leadership and communication skills with strong emotional intelligence β€’ A resilient, optimistic attitude that keeps you and your team always moving forward β€’ Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
