Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing an outside sales team of at least 5 reps • A demonstrated track record of your team consistently reaching goals and retaining high-performing reps • 2+ years of experience in the Higher Ed Publishing industry. Ideally you have experience selling directly to professors. • A strong understanding of technology use and implementation in an educational environment, particularly with Learning Management Systems and curricula • Analytical skills and the ability to understand and manage a large sales pipeline • Excellent leadership and communication skills with strong emotional intelligence • A resilient, optimistic attitude that keeps you and your team always moving forward • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
