β€’ Responsible for new business development and revenue growth in an assigned territory β€’ Drive usage from new faculty adopters β€’ Develop relationships with institutions and faculty β€’ Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals by promoting Packback solutions β€’ Collaborate with Customer Success team for onboarding new faculty β€’ Conduct product demos and utilize outreach methods to engage with faculty

Requirements

β€’ 1-4 years of experience in a full-cycle education sales role, ideally within the Higher Ed Publishing industry β€’ Ideally experience selling directly to professors β€’ Strong understanding of technology use and implementation in an educational environment β€’ Competitive drive and a track record of consistently achieving/surpassing sales goals β€’ Resilient - take calculated risks and fail forward β€’ Positive attitude and strong contributor to Packback's culture β€’ Fearlessly curious - willing to dive into problems and discover opportunities β€’ Passionate about education and providing equitable and accessible learning experiences β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills.
