β’ 1-4 years of experience in a full-cycle education sales role, ideally within the Higher Ed Publishing industry β’ Ideally experience selling directly to professors β’ Strong understanding of technology use and implementation in an educational environment β’ Competitive drive and a track record of consistently achieving/surpassing sales goals β’ Resilient - take calculated risks and fail forward β’ Positive attitude and strong contributor to Packback's culture β’ Fearlessly curious - willing to dive into problems and discover opportunities β’ Passionate about education and providing equitable and accessible learning experiences β’ Strong communication and presentation skills.
