Description

• Pacproinc designs and manufactures food packaging and processing equipment. • We deliver tailored, proven solutions that reduce labor costs, increase production efficiency, and add value to our customers' products. • Pacproinc is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow sales within the Western Region. • You will engage directly with clients both in person and virtually, identifying opportunities and driving the adoption of innovative equipment solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. • 10+ years of experience selling capital equipment, preferably within the industrial food equipment industry. • Proven success in capital equipment sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets. • Expertise in selling conveyor-based solutions, particularly within the protein sector, including experience with slicing, forming protein products, or conveyorized systems. • Experience working with OEMs to develop production lines is highly preferred. • Strong ability to translate new market opportunities into actionable sales strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams. • A customer-centric mindset, self-motivated, and adept at managing time effectively. • International business development experience and experience with distributors or outside reps is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) for managing sales activities.
