• Responsible for managing and nurturing Global HoldCo relationships. • Ensure client satisfaction and drive HoldCo growth globally. • Develop and execute a global account management strategy. • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account managers. • Identify opportunities for account growth and drive value. • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly. • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights. • Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in account management within the Retail Media industry. • A well-established network of senior-level contacts within global holdcos. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficient in using data and analytics to drive decision-making. • Experience working in a global environment.
