Care Coordination
• As a Senior Associate, Growth you’ll be responsible for identifying and executing initiatives that drive Pair Team growth. • You’ll partner directly with the business operations team and Pair Team leadership to provide market insights, competitive intelligence, identify strategic initiatives, and drive cross-functional projects across the organization. • This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Operations.
• 3+ years of experience working in management consulting or BizOps/Growth at a high-growth startup • Experience working in a startup environment, preferably within healthcare • Strong analytical skills and a proven record of diving deep, unearthing insights, and driving change • Experience with market sizing and generating business cases (modeling) • High degree of ownership and self-starter mindset • Ability to communicate effectively with an executive audience • Experience working with data exploration and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and/or PowerBI • CRM experience preferred
