Description

• PandaDoc is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning for target customer audiences and sales enablement for both new and existing products. • PandaDoc PMMs work across the entire product lifecycle: from helping shape the product based on market and customer insights, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch. • Our ideal candidate is a driven and ambitious cross-functional star who can fluidly operate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and teams across the company to guide enablement and go-to-market success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing with 2+ years in B2B SaaS. • An ownership mindset, bias to action, and high agency to take a proactive role in shaping product strategy and customer engagement. • Able to balance strategy with execution. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical concepts to AE, AM, and CSM teams. • Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation, while maintaining consistent brand voice across a variety of channels. • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, to work collaboratively, and to create and improve processes. Willingness to establish best-in-class processes. • A passion for startup culture and spearheading rapid change.
