Description

• PandaDoc is seeking a passionate and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy and execution for our core product experience. • The role will be reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. • Develop and own the strategy and roadmap for our core product and business solutions. • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of a growing team of Product Managers. • Act as the ultimate customer champion. • Establish strong connections between Product and other departments. • Partner closely with our Engineering and Design organizations. • Conduct competitive product analysis and intelligence. • Own key product metrics including Adoption, Retention and NPS.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies in a SaaS environment, particularly in a heavy product-led growth environment • Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on mentoring and coaching • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding and solving customer problems • Experience with metrics-driven product management, with a strong understanding of key product metrics • Experience working across globally distributed teams • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
