• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years work experience in corporate strategy and business development, management consulting, and financial analysis (MBA or advanced degree preferred) • Background working in a healthcare-related field preferred • Experience with analyzing healthcare data from various sources, including claims data and negotiating ROI performance guarantees • Strategic thinker that is continuously looking to drive toward strong and higher performing partnerships • Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced, growing company - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively • Availability to travel 25%-50% of your time including frequent travel to Pareto HQ in Philadelphia, as well as domestic travel to clients / Pareto events / vendor partners
