Description

•Oversee program support team across operations project management, technical setup, financial measurement, tracking, reporting and documentation. •Manage employee performance through feedback, goal setting, and reviews. •Ensure financial reconciliation is complete and manage system access permissions removal or closure. •Champion process improvement and encourage operational excellence mindset within project specialist team.

Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in project management support and administrative roles, preferably in healthcare, clinical research or contract research organization; and at least 2 years of experience managing a team. •Solid understanding of how their own role integrates with others in accomplishing the project deliverables and objectives of the area, and practical knowledge of cross-functional/cross departmental interdependencies. •Advanced computer skills required, including advanced knowledge of MS office applications (e.g. use of pivot tables, formulas, macros, dynamic tables, etc.) •Advanced English level required for non-native English speakers.
