Description
• Responsible for team’s performance, training and development. • Ensure successful performance and delivery of project deliverables, on time with high quality. • Promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations as appropriate. • Provide clinical consultation to project teams as needed.
Requirements
• Prior line management experience of a clinical team working in a CRO, Pharma or Biotech environment is required. • Education Degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical other equivalent experience.
