Description

• Drive revenue by proving the value of products and solutions to prospects • Understand client needs, design solutions, and ensure a seamless customer journey • Collaborate with the sales team, contributing to customer qualification and leading Proof of Concepts • Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process • Work closely with assigned sellers, co-owning accounts, and sales campaigns • Develop territory plans, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value sessions • Contribute to improving internal processes and advocate for customer needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably at a SaaS vendor • Deep experience with enterprise technology • Experience with sales processes and market dynamics • Fluent in German and English • Confident presentation and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems • NICE TO HAVE: • Experience working at a channel partner • Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony • Familiarity with sales tools such as SFDC
