• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Southwestern Ontario • Strengthening existing customer relationships through high standard of customer service • Promote the benefits of New-Life Mills programs and services • Provide producers with solutions for current and future business needs • Expand New-Life Mills market share in feed sales by prospecting and developing new customers • Develop budgets, forecasts, and strategy to meet sales targets • Utilize MS Sales CRM platform to record account interactions
• Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing • Post Secondary Education in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field or equivalent experience • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada • Self-motivated individual with strong commitment toward delivering quality service • Effective team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and mathematic skills with a desire to learn
