Description

β€’ Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated partner or group of partners. β€’ Develops partner relationship and deep understanding of partner business, using Pathward and industry knowledge to collaborate and drive growth and retention efforts. β€’ Must create an environment where 100% responsibility and accountability is taken by every member of the Partner-specific teams on behalf of assigned Partners. β€’ Includes P&L responsibilities, strategy development, managing Partner relationships, working collaboratively with product management, operations, IT, legal, compliance, risk, finance and other relevant cross-functional partners. β€’ Holds regular face-to-face meetings with senior level executives to continue to build relationships, strategize about objectives and ensure alignment between Partner and Pathward.

Requirements

β€’ Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. β€’ Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. β€’ Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors.
