Requirements
• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Genuine interest and knowledge of technology products. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Proficient in using customer management software and digital communication tools. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
