• Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Support representative for a major streaming services company. • This role allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while helping customers navigate their streaming experiences. • You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. • If you are fluent in Danish and passionate about the entertainment industry, we want to hear from you! • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and technical issues. • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and offer effective solutions. • Guide customers in utilizing streaming platforms to maximize their experience. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for service improvement. • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Interest in streaming services and the entertainment industry is advantageous. • Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
