Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in computer systems and customer support software • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks • A positive attitude and eagerness to assist customers
