Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers regarding their Mercedes-Benz vehicles • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone, email, and chat • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide appropriate solutions • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Continuously expand knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services • Adhere to quality standards and follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece • Valid EU passport or permit to work in Greece
