Requirements
ā¢Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal. ā¢Experience in technical support or customer service. ā¢Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. ā¢Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ā¢Proficient with consumer technology and software troubleshooting. ā¢Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. ā¢Willingness to work flexible hours, potentially including weekends.
