• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies • Adhere to established procedures and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customers • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional customer service • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece • Valid European Passport or ID
